V dolní části pozemku je koupací biotop. Do vnitřního dvora objekt je obložen vápencem a plevelem. Střechy jsou pokryty extenzivní zelení a jsou částečně průchozí. Přístup denního světla je zajištěn velkoformátovými okny směrem na jich na celou výšku podlaží. Dům je funkčně rozdělen do několika celků, které na sebe přirozeně navazují, a které jsou mezi sebou propojeny. 1NP navazuje na terén zahrady a je otevřen směrem na jih a 2NP navazuje na úroveň komunikace z ulice. Objekt je částečně podsklepen v místě bazénového křídla. Koupací jezírko – biotop je určeno pro koupání v letních měsících. Voda v jezírku je čištěna přírodními procesy.

There is a bathing biotop at the lower part of the plot. The building is lined with limestone and weeds in the inner courtyard. The roofs are covered with extensive greenery and are partially passable. Daylight is provided by large-format windows facing south. The house is functionally divided into several units, which naturally follow each other and which are interconnected. The 1st floor connects to the terrain of the garden and is open to the south. The 2nd floor connects to the street level. In the part of the pool wing the building has a basement. Swimming pool - biotope is designed for swimming in the summer months. The water in the pond is cleaned by natural processes.
